F and M Convenience is named after it's dedicated and hard working owners, Frances and Mike Hynes, and operates under the Foodex group of companies. This duo have been providing Trepassey and area with a place to shop for groceries, household items, and more for almost three years. This Christmas think about giving the gift that will be sure to please the hardest person to shop for as everyone always needs to go shopping!!
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and never expire. They must be used in full at time of purchase as balances will not carry over.
